Terms and Conditions of the 3Trinity Online Store

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at https://3trinity.compsoul.pl. This document outlines the principles of concluding distance sales contracts, purchasing procedures, user rights and obligations, as well as liability, data protection rules, and the store's return and complaint policies. The terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable Polish and EU regulations, in particular the Consumer Rights Act and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

Each user is required to read these Terms and Conditions before using the store or placing an order. Using any of the store's functionalities – including creating an account, subscribing to the newsletter or placing an order – constitutes acceptance of the terms below. These Terms apply from the moment of publication on the store's website and may be subject to changes, which users will be informed about in advance.

§1 General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the 3Trinity online store, including electronic service provision and product sales through the Website.
  2. The store is accessible to all users at: https://3trinity.compsoul.pl, where orders can be placed and features accessed.

  4. The Terms are available free of charge and may be saved, printed or downloaded at any time prior to concluding a contract.
  5. Any matters not covered herein shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

§2 Definitions

  1. Website – the online store available at https://3trinity.compsoul.pl, through which the Customer may purchase Products.
  2. Seller – 3Trinity, the entity managing the store and responsible for fulfilling orders.
  3. User – any individual using the Website, regardless of whether they have a user account.
  4. Consumer – a natural person entering into a contract for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  5. Product – a movable item available for purchase in the store, in accordance with the applicable terms.
  6. Order – a User’s declaration of intent to conclude a purchase agreement for a Product via the Website's functionalities.

§3 Electronic Services

  1. The Seller provides services via the Website, including account creation and management, placing orders, subscribing to the newsletter, and access to the contact form.
  2. Electronic services are provided free of charge and do not involve additional costs other than those related to purchases and delivery.
  3. A contract for electronic services is concluded for an indefinite period upon the User’s use of a feature (e.g., account creation, newsletter subscription).

§4 Registration and Account

  1. The User may register an account by filling out the registration form and accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  2. The User must provide accurate and up-to-date information and update it in case of any changes.
  3. The account allows access to order history, profile editing, and personalized promotions.
  4. The User must keep login credentials confidential and prevent unauthorized access to their account.

§5 Orders

  1. Orders are placed via an interactive order form on the Website. The process involves selecting Products, providing contact and delivery information, and confirming the Terms. The purchase agreement is concluded upon order confirmation by the Seller.
  2. Prices are shown in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. Delivery costs are calculated separately based on the delivery method and location, and displayed during checkout.
  3. The Customer can review the full order value before confirming the purchase and select a preferred delivery and payment method.
  4. The Seller reserves the right to reject an order in justified cases, including inability to contact the customer, incorrect data, or suspicious transactions.

§6 Payments

  1. Available payment methods include:
    • bank transfer to the Seller’s account,
    • online payment systems (e.g., Przelewy24, BLIK, PayU),
    • credit or debit card,
    • cash on delivery – where applicable.
  2. Payments must be made within 3 business days from placing the order. Failure to pay may result in automatic cancellation.
  3. Invoices may be issued upon request, sent by email or included in the shipment.

§7 Delivery

  1. Orders are delivered within Poland and selected EU countries. For international shipping inquiries, contact customer support or check the Delivery section.
  2. Standard delivery time is 1 to 5 business days, depending on product availability and delivery method.
  3. In case of delays, the Customer may submit a complaint. The Seller will investigate and resolve such complaints promptly.
  4. Customers should inspect packages upon receipt. If damaged, a damage report should be created with the courier, or the package should be refused and the Seller notified.

§8 Right of Withdrawal

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order.
  2. To exercise this right, a withdrawal statement must be sent to kontakt@3trinity.pl or to the Seller’s postal address.
  3. The Product must be returned within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless agreed otherwise.
  4. The Seller will refund the payment (including delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned Product or proof of its return.
  5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized Products, opened hygienic items, or other cases listed in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

§9 Complaints

  1. If a Product is faulty or inconsistent with the order, the Customer may file a complaint within 2 years from the purchase date.
  2. Complaints should be submitted via email to reklamacje@3trinity.pl or by post to the Seller’s address.
  3. Include contact details, order number, description of the issue, and preferred resolution (replacement, repair, refund, or price reduction).
  4. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 calendar days. No response within this period means the complaint is accepted.

§10 Personal Data Protection

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
  2. The data controller is 3Trinity. Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their data at any time.
  3. Data is used solely to process orders and manage accounts. It is not shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

§11 Final Provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Customers will be notified of changes via the Website in advance.
  2. Contracts concluded via the Website are governed by Polish law. In cases not covered by the Terms, relevant legal provisions shall apply.
  3. These Terms enter into force upon publication and remain in effect until amended or withdrawn.
